A Moravian University study to explore and understand veteran Professional Identity in Nursing perspectives and how that differs from non-veteran nurses, is seeking veteran and non-veteran BSN-prepared nurses to participate through an online survey. Participants must be 18 years of age or older, able to read English, either serve(d) as a registered nurse in the military and are currently working as a registered nurse OR currently a registered nurse with a BSN. Data will be collected through an online survey that will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. There will be an option to be contacted for a follow up interview lasting about 60 minutes to further explore your perceptions of professional identity. A donation of $2 will be given to Paws 4 Purple Hearts for each survey completed. Participants who complete the interview will receive a $25 gift card at the end of the interview.
