ANCA’s Small Group Travel Program

Greenland trip highlightsThe Latest
:  The first of our ANCA Small Group Travel excursions took place 23-30 July, with eight hardy travelers (two ANCA members along with six friends of ANCA) visiting Iceland and Greenland. Although the group was small, the camaraderie was wonderful and all agreed that it was a wonderful trip. ANCA members Ann Treleven and Lorraine Roehl are shown at right in Greenland, hiking through the Valley of flowers and enjoying a boat trip into floes of icebergs. Other activities included an ATV Off-Road excursion, snowmobiling on a glacier, whale-watching, and some truly memorable restaurant meals. All of the guides and drivers were extremely knowledgeable and professional, providing detailed insights into various aspects of the history, culture, geography and wildlife of these two unique and spectacular travel destinations.

Highlights of this ANCA member benefit:

  • ANCA Small Group Travel is a benefit for ANCA members and their guests.
  • We’ll shop for unique travel opportunities at the most reasonable costs.
  • Travel opportunities between ANCA Conventions.
  • “Small Groups” will probably be up to 20-30 max. But, if you desire travel planning support and we don’t have our own good-size group, we’ll be happy to find another group going to your desired destination and do what we can to meet your expectations.
  • Our reasonable expectation of ASGT Travelers is that they would be flexible; enjoy the company of colleagues and guests; be regular email users; have a current passport; and want to see, do and check off their list of dream places to visit.

— We have trips in the planning stages. If you're an ANCA member, log on to the Members section for details. If you are eligible for membership but not yet a member, that's easy to fix. just sign up on our Membership page!
